I'm up first to go teach yoga.

We biked 90 minutes yesterday. We are going out again today. We have a chance of rain this week, yeah! (sorry CP), so we need to get our biking in as much as possible while it's nice. Also doing push ups today.

I liked the microwave story, even if it was a little gruesome.

Happy workouts!

Mary

    Hi ladies!

Today I'm going to bikram, so I'm drinking my waters as we speak (type?). On these gloomy, cool days I actually look forward to the heat. Also, I'm hoping to sweat some negativity out of me. (or at least focus on positive meditation during my class today)

    Take care.

    Hi!
Mary I'm glad you liked the microwave story! We told people at church and they were pretty grossed out. Ha ha.
I pigged out at lunch today. But it was really good Mexican food! I've got to get back to healthy eating this afternoon! Still no sweets but it sure is tempting!
Today is more painting while it's dry out. It's suppose to rain Monday through Wednesday. Have a good rest of the weekend!

Ooooo Melissa, so sorry for the week you had. Here's to a new one! :drinker:

I fell off the wagon mid-week... period & a 2 year-olds' halloween candy are a lethal combination  I should have had more self-control, but I haven't eaten that stuff in so long I kept justifying each bite. I'm over it. I feel like crud and need to snap out of it. I am nice & thirsty today, which I think is partly from the sugar leaving my body, so that's a good start. Worked out about every other day this past week too.

Hmmm, it's not even 8pm. I have plenty of time for a workout. See, this is why I come here. Just reading about your days gives me the motivation to get off my butt! Thanks! :flowerforyou:

See you all in the morning!

I have arrived in Texas - it's like a whole other country! I'll be a little bummed if it rains all week, but at least today was gorgeous. I'm sure you guys need the rain. I met up with my brother and his family, which was nice. But I'm exhausted - 3 hours sleep (I'm horrible about packing early and I had a bunch of computer things to take care of so I can keep working on my project while I'm gone), then 7 hours flying/layover, and 3+ hours driving. I was going to try and do pushups tonight, but I think I am just going to bag it and start fresh tomorrow. Goodnight everyone!
