Has anyone tried to 2 curves diet type options. The low Carb or Low Calorie? If so how did you do. I am trying the low carbs and still tracking calories.

I've been eating low carb for several years --- its the only way I've ever lost weight.
By low carb, I mean reasonable amounts -- 60-80g a day -- and none of them from white/processed flour/sugar....
There are some extreme low carbs that put you in ketosis but I wouldn't plan on that for any long term life-style.0
