My name is Sandy. I work at a university and am in the process of pursuing a master's degree in Higher Education Administration. I hope to finish May 2013. I have been married for 29 years this August 6 and have a beautiful daughter, Jess, who graduated with a BA in English last summer from the university I work at.

I am a kidney transplant patient since Feb 13, 2002. I have done exceptionally well. The medicine I am know causes me to fluctuate in weight. I am trying to lose the last 20 pounds that I would like to lose as a personal goal. I am enrolled in the Weigh To Go program at work, we weight in once a week, which really helps me to stay on focus.

I exercise daily, I have a Proform Treadmill and Elliptical in my home plus handweights and we put up an above ground pool this year, it is 15' by 52", I am able to do a lot of water aerobics and am hoping to take the few extra pounds off this year. After my transplant, I lost 35 pounds in about a year and a half, I am just struggling to get down to 140 which is my goal. That is over 20 pounds but I thought I would just start small. Sandy
