Arc Trainer

I used the arc trainer at the gym this morning. I did a quick start, at a resistance of 15. I realized halfway through that I never entered my weight, which is 224. So, I burned 200 calories according to whatever the default weight on the machine is.
Arc Trainer is not one of the available cardio options. I have no idea how to enter this. Help!
Thanks!

Hi, I wanted to know the same information since I used an Arc Trainer for the first time this evening at the gym. Here's the link for other info, but according to the paragraph I posted, the default weight is 150lbs.

Hope this helps.

Q: Why should I enter my body weight on the Arc Trainer?
A: Since the foot plates on the Arc Trainer are suspended and your entire weight is being held by those foot plates, entering your body weight allows the unit to adjust the torque according to your body weight. The default body weight is 150lbs.0
