Had a bit of a breakthrough this week about which I am very excited, so I wanted to share and hopefully spread the motivation.
For the past 3 to 4 weeks I've been gaining and losing the same pound. During the same time period I had about 3 episodes of totally bonking. The first time I thought it was just because I'd had a big cardio day (about 800 calories burned). But after it kept happening I finally figured out that my body was trying to tell me that it consistently was not getting enough fuel. So over the past week I've increased my calories by about 200 per day including increasing my fats by about 10g per day (up to a 45g target).
Today I was rewarded doubly. The scale shows me down about 3.5 pounds from last Monday! After nearly a month of not moving, this makes me very happy. It was also my monthly measurement day with my trainer. I've lost two inches off my hips during the same time. That means that some of that stubborn belly fat is finally starting to go.
So, to anyone out there who's struggling and not seeing the progress that they want, just keep going. You can do it! Sometimes it does take a while to figure out what works for your body, especially since that's a moving target. What works now might not work a couple of months or a few pounds from now. Don't be afraid to switch it up; you will reach your goals eventually.

That is awesome!! I have been stuck at the same weight for about a month. I may need to switch some things up. Thanks!0

Thanks for posting this. I've been battling the same 2 pounds for a full month now. I just recently changed my settings (increased my calories by 200 and increased my protein). My mind was hesitant thinking that it wouldn't work. Great to hear that you have had good results!0
