    I'm new to the website, I've been doing the iPhone app for a couple weeks. Any ideas on how to curb chocolate cravings?!

    I just started too. I can manage a little chocolate everyday. One square of dark chocolate with seasalt. I am trying to withdraw from sugar gradually. WW Giant Chocolate Ice Cream Bars are my current fix - 110 calories.

    Eat a low sugar chocolate chip granola bar or a Hunts fat free chocolate pudding. :) Granola bar is like 90 calories and pudding is 80 calories.

  • I don't crave chocolate so I don't know how to get rid of the cravings. I did see on here where someone eats ice cream everyday. They just figure it into their calories before they start the day.
