Best Iphone apps

What IPhone apps are people using to help them keep fit and lose weight?

My top 3 are:-

1. Myfitnesspal :)
2. micoach. This app is free and I love it. It tracks yours runs using GPS and then sync's back with a server so you can review your run on your PC. It also has training plans that you can download onto your IPhone, this has really helped me get my times down.
3. Nike Training club. This app is really good and again it is free. It contains lots of exercises that have been build into workout routines. I really like the fact that I can do some of the work out when I am away in hotels, which is most of the time.
