one good place to look is on allrecipes.com they have an ingrediant indicator. Put what you want in it. Chicken is good with ginger along with pork, tofu, cabbage etc.0

Asian MeatballsYou can use a pound of lean ground beef instead of meat-substitute too. That's what I did. SO GOOD!

throw it in with some pineapple in some curried lentils0

If it is root ginger I cut it into 2" chunks n freeze it if I have loads, you can grate it frozen and use it immediately !0

slice it up and add hot water for ginger tea (strain out the ginger after several minutes)
add it to green smoothies
sautee it with garlic (and maybe some soy sauce or liquid aminos and lime juice) and add it to just about anything - tofu, veggies, etc.0 -
It's fresh root ginger. Think I'm gonna have a play with half of it and freeze the other half as suggested. Thanks x0
