Ok so as of lately i upped my cal intake to maintain a healthy weight but also had to cut out excersise
So i was wondering if i eat within my cal intake or just under it by 100 will my weight increase dramatically?
Also any helpful tips for after meals?(ive heard after you eat its best to stay movimg around for 10mins before sitting down)

I am no expert however. Will depend how much is the change. I will thinkg that the more calories you intake in reference to the cumpsumtion the more weight you gain. Is math you should be consuming around the same of your intake to keep at the same weight. I think0

you have to consume 3500 cal to gain 1lb 100 extra per day will be around 1-2lb per year. I would try to keep around target and some exercise walking good try for week then take a look at weight just adjust if change.
Dont think moving around after or while eating makes any differance(unless you are on a tred mill) as all cals
Hope this helps...0
