I need some suggestions for workout dvds. I have JM 30 Day Shred and some old Billy Blanks kickboxing but am getting bored with those. So I'm looking to you all for suggestions. What do you think?

  • Been wanting to do the 30 Day shred, how was that? Check out Beach Body....they have different levels.

I like Leslie Sansone's walk DVD's. You would think you wouldn't get a good work out but you do!! the 3 mile ones are great. and the 5 mile is killer. Easy to follow too.

i prefer JM six week six pack, no more trouble zones and banish fat boost metabolism.

i've heard that the physique 57 videos are good, but i haven't tried them.

I LOVE Cathe Friedrich's Intensity DVD - it's really fun and challenging! See this link for a preview and reviews.

I love the 30 day shred. There are 3 different workouts depending on your fitness level. They work and are a sure good way to get in better shape and lose some lbs. I'm just bored with it.

If you have NetFlix instant streaming...you can try out some fitness dvd's. I am doing the dance fitness. I have yoga in my queue too.
