Nutrition question about logging food

Sorry of this is a silly quesiton! :ohwell:

Had two clarifying questions about logging food I am cooking..
1. If I am boiling chicken breasts in chicken broth--do the calories in the broth need to be logged in my calorie count?
2. And I had the same question about cooking with olive oil. Sometimes I will cook a piece of fish in olive oil--but I am not consuming the entire amount of the oil. Do I log the full "cooking" amount?

Thanks for your help!

The broth thing is tough unless you're eating it as a soup.

for the olive oil: if its chicken or something like that, and I put a Tblspn, then I'll log about 0.8 Tb. If its veggies or a sauce, I'll count the whole thing. but thats just me.
