My name is Nicole and I have been using MFP since mid May 2011 and I have lost 10 pounds so far, but I have so much more weight loss to achieve. I have read so many posts and have been inspired by all the strong men and women on MFP. You guys are all so supportive of each other and I want to contibute and recieve all the postive energy that this site has to offer.

    Good luck to you too. :smile: I've only been here a week and already I feel that all the support people give on here has really helped. This is really a great site and I am so lucky to have found it.
