Best way to loose the flabby belly

Hi

I have lost 60lbs and am down to my goal weight now.

I have enjoyed doing the Running, Hiking and Cycling and i have never felt so fit in my life.

My problem is that i have a flabby belly from where all that 60lbs used to sit!

What is the best way to make it go, or does the bodies elasticity eventually mould itself back to my new size?

I can't go to the gym as its not practical, and i want to keep up my cardio routine as its a great motivator.

Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Mike.

hi, so are you doing only cardio? A great way to tone up is by adding weights during workouts. Buy yourself a good dvd that has good resistance workouts. I do biggest loser power-sculpt dvd a couple of times a week along with a good cardio workout routine :) hope this helps

    fat or extra skin?

Extra skin the only way to remove it is surgery, but a person needs to wait up to 2 years after they reach goal to make sure they allow enough time for body changes. Plus most reputable surgeons won't do it sooner.

The connective tissue has to catch up. Just keep at it and it will tuck in:smile:

@ Corina, I will look into that my friend has just given me his Tony Horton P90 dvd so i might try that?

@ Becca, I assume its extra skin, as when i do a plank without my top on and look down my body, it just hangs there!! in saying that, it probably is still fatty

@ Mariar, I hope so, i know things take time, im just impatient!

have you looked into skin firming wraps, like the it works wrap? i know those are a great way to tighten, tone and firm up your lose skin. i use them and love them! you can check them out here: http://alishatalsma.itworks.net
