Switching to Maintenance

I just reached my goal of 110lbs :)
My question is, should I switch to maintenance calories right away, or add on calories slowly?

    Congratulations on reaching your goal! I'm kind of wondering the same thing. The suggested calories for maintenance seemed like such a big jump up from the 1200 calories net that I have been used to. I'm afraid of gaining weight back, so I've decided to try the "lose a 1/2 pound a week" suggested calories for awhile, see how that goes, and then switch to maintenance after a few weeks.
