Eating exercise calories

can someone explain to me what to eat to eat back my calories? I'm done w/ dinner & I'm a little hungry still & I have like 600 left.....

Nuts (cashews/almonds) are a good choice. A few ounces of them.0

Something with protein, like nuts. I like to have peanut butter on a half bagel, because it's usually enough help me feel satiated, but not like I pigged out, especially after dinner.0

You don't have to eat your exercise cals if you don't want to, some people choose not to. If you are post-workout, it is good to eat something with some carbs in it. If you are concerned you will be hungry later, than wait and see. GL0
