Hit a wall

So I'm just 8 weeks in and I've hit a wall when it comes to losing weight. I'm stuck at 11lbs. Any suggestions to help me overcome it. I'd appreciate it.

    What are you currently doing for exercise?

    Change it up! Your workout, your diet, your intensity level. I don't know how many cals your eating but you may need to increase and make sure you are eating back your exercise calories. There are some great write ups in the forums on eating your exercise calories. Great job on the loss to date and good luck with the rest! I have been at a plateau for several months now and I think this might just be my true weight. In my mind I had a goal of 130-132 but that hasn't been reachable and I've done the changes. I really need to cut out some foods but that's what has been so great about this journey this time around! I eat what I want just less of it! I don't restrict food or alchohol. Hmm maybe I should huh!:bigsmile: Good Luck!

    Yeah I still eat what I want too, but less of it. My diet has gotten much better. I eat around 1400 a day plus whatever I lose working out. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll look at some of the other posts.
