Starting TurboFire soon - Need advice about current routine

I have been doing Zumba for my cardio 3-4 days/wk for about a year. Last November I added KettleWorx for strength training. I have been more than pleased with the results.

I will be starting TurboFire soon because I wanted to amp up my cario and I know it is a 90 day cycle. My question is: Is there enough strength training in TurboFire that I can suspend KettleWorx, or can I continue the weight training at the same time? I have worked up to using a 10 lb. kettlebell, and I want to stay at that strength level.

Anyone have any good advice? Thank you in advance!

    I'd stick with your current weight training program, there really isn't any strength training in Turbo Fire, pure cardio, and you will love it! Chalene Extreme is cardio with weight training. LMK if you have any other questions.
  • Turbofire is almost all cardio i would say keep doing KettleWorx or add Chalean extreme and do the hybrid calender
