Please help new tweener!!!

Appaerently I have done very well this week and have been asked to post the new challenge and the link to it but I have no idea about starting challenges or posting links to threads. Please help I am new at this and I am totally lost.

    Ok Here ya go... go to community, then click the section you'd like to place it in. Motivation would be the section (I'm a tweener too, just not currently a very active one), then at the right had top of the sections you'll see 'new topic' you clidk that.

    Here's how you can label it: Tweeners 11/23 Welcome

    Ok, you sorta get the idea right? Basically you just name the thread and then date it since the group changes out the thread weekly. You date it for Sunday/today.:happy:

    Ok not sure if that's all the info you need.

    Just in case you also need a bit of help beginning this week challenge. What we've all done in the past is pick a subject and the whole group does their best each day to keep up that challenge for the week.

    One week we challenged one another to increase our water, the next week it was eat some greens each day, another week it was get some dairy in each day, another week getting in some nuts each day for healthy fats was chosen by that weeks challenge winner.

    Perhaps think on what challenges you each day, food wise, excercise, planning issues, etc., the sky is the limit with that group...it's a very warm welcoming group and will be happy with whatever topic you chose for the week.

    Just message me if you have any troubles or if you have Chrissy's info you can also contact her as she's running the group now.

    Don't worry, you'll do GREAT! Each day you just pop on and let everyone know how you did and ask how they're are doing as well...that's what a challenge winner does to keep the group moving forward in the new chosen challenge.

    Thank you Fitenss Chick, I did start a thread, I got impatient and went ahead and muddled through it. But my only other question is about posting the link. Do I need to do this and if so where do I post it and how?

    Well you could if you like, but it's not necessary. If you'd like to simply glance down the list of threads to find last weeks and place a link in there. Just click reply and simply add the url and let folks now that's this weeks new challenge thread....

    hth :) If I see it, I'll bump it up to the top so you can find it...I just saw it a bit ago....but it was pretty far down. :drinker:
