Hey there! I'm 23 years old. Couple years back had engagement plans fall through. Slipped into a major depression. In highschool I was incredibly active. 180lbs with 3% body fat. Crazy weight lifter. Now that's all but gone away. I gained 50lbs, lost my muscle. Now it's time for change. I started running back in March. Went from 232.5 to 212.5. Then I plateaued. Jumped on P90X and started phase 2. I'm down to 203 but still have a long way to go. Want to AT LEAST get back to 180 preferably down in the 170's.
