Hi everyone!

I am hoping to build some form of support for the weekends. Me and dear friend do amazingly well through the week and guess what? The weight comes off. But then comes the weekend and something takes place that I can't explain, I don't "pig" out but it seems like the expecations on myself lower and I give in to things that do me no good. THEN, the hard part.... getting back on track. I usually can't get back until Tuesday when I return to work.

So I would love to hear what you do for your weekends and even hang around supporting each other throughout the weekend, in hopes of accountability and encouraging each other to do what we really want to do..... succeed and not break the stride of weightloss!

    No you're not alone! I am totally this way - between alcohol, weekend trips, going out to eat with friends, and the occasional drunk snacking, I almost always struggle on the weekends and like you, have a hard time getting back on track. I'm GREAT during the week but my weekends are killing me! Would love to help support you / get some support!

    Well, that is a start! :) Tomorrow is Friday and the beginning of the weekend mindset! I plan one free meal and then that is it. Everything else I want to stay on track with as I do Tues-Fri. I don't drink but the "cheat" thing is my battle.
