Im going to a Family camp for a vacation. The nice part about it is they cook all your meals. The hard part about it is they cook all your meals!!! Here is a sample menu:

http://www.cityofsacramento.org/parksandrecreation/campsac/pdf/2009-menu-weekly-rev.pdf

I am thinking of taking almonds, kashi, and whey protien just to have good protien options. But I want to relax too. I will not have access to mfp. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

Thank you in advance!

stick to the healthy options, and don't have seconds or snack in between. just enjoy yourself :)

Your link doesn't work because of the ellipsis.

Regardless: eat until you're almost full and not beyond; watch your portions; and move a lot. You should be fine :)

What I would do is pick two desserts off that menu that you REALLY want and treat yourself with only those. For example, go to the Ice Cream Social on Wednesday night and enjoy a cinnamon roll on Saturday morning.
