    Juice them!! add some other veggies in the juice as well, but cucumbers fill the juice out a lot, and have a nice refreshing taste :)

    i've marinated them in a light italian dressing and then put them on the grill. pretty good.

    I've never thought about grilling cucumbers! Zucchini yes, cucumbers no....I will have to try this! Thanks for the suggestion.
