I'm working out making my own thing until I can get the money for workout videos..I cant get it to take the jumping jacks I did..What am I doing wrong?? I'm trying to get motivated and do this right..What am I doing wrong I want to make sure to do this right.. Thanks Dana

    do you mean jumping jacks aren't listed? You could try entering it as something similar, like jump rope? You could also do a google for another site that lists calories burned. I know there are some out there but I don't use them so I don't have any addresses to give you. :flowerforyou:

You might want to try there for exercise videos. And WOW on your 79 pounds. I have only lost 12 and feel like such a failure because it has taken me a long time to do that. But I am going to try harder TODAY.

    You could enter jumping jacks as Calisthenics

    Good for you!!! I've seen others on here say they have looked on YouTube for exercise videos too, and done those (for free!!).

    Wow!!! thanks for all the help ladies..I appericate it very much..I love MFP!!!! Ohh and the 79 pounds already lost is from losing it in a years time I guess I should actually start out with my weight now...

    Another resource for free workouts is Fitness Magazine and Woman's Health Magazine's websites - the workouts are hard, but worth it..
