How do you guys track your calories burned for the 30 Day Shred? I don't own a HR monitor, but I'd still like to add it to my exercises.

    Try cardio circuit training.

    some people, after getting their heart rate going, take a pulse count, average it and enter it on a different site... many recommend braydenwm.com/calburn

    BTW MFP counts are way off so I just enter it so I can say I did it, then I don't eat back my calories, cause it's usually 2 times as much as what I really burned! and circuit training is right...

    I logged it as circuit training before i got a HRM and i found that it was higher than what i actually burned. Close, but a little high. But it all depends on how hard you work. Maybe log 80% of the burn that circuit training gives you?
