Best time to get on scale?

Hello, I've heard so many different answer's... When is the best time to weight yourself? First thing in the morning? After breakfast? After exercising? Mid day? After dinner? Evening exercise? OR right before bed??? I am really clueless on this and I would love to update my weight with the correct pounds....HELP please with any input!!! Thanks :)

    I've always heard first thing in the morning after using the bathroom and completely naked, before you eat breakfast. Apparently, it's the most accurate measurement of weight during the whole day. :)

    I like first thing in the morning because it's when I weigh the least. But, honestly, I think it probably doesn't matter as long as you do it at the same time whenever you weigh yourself.

    I say first thing in the morning (maybe after going to the bathroom), because that's when you'll get the reading closest to your actual weight -- no food digesting, no liquids, etc. They say body weight fluctuates up to 2 pounds in a day.

    yes what i was told and by reading alot of health books....they say first thing in the morning, that way u won't detain any water first thing in the morning. always weight yur self the same time so u wont get discourage, ok hope this helps .

    Thank you Everyone!!! I did this morning & it was the lowest then I did just a minute ago and it's already went up a tiny bit!! So I will def weight first thing in the morning!! Thanks Again MFP Friends:)
