I finally checked out the main website after all these months of just having the app on my iPod. This has helped change my life! I have lost 56 lbs since this February and I hope to keep it up! I wanted to make a life change so I quit smoking. However I was gaining weight, so I looked for a calorie counter. I mean I figured that if I charted what I ate I couldn't go over my calories ( and I was believe me) and I wouldn't gain weight. Well guess what, it worked for me! Years of feeling ashamed of my weight and it took quiting smoking and this wondeful app to jump start my weight loss. If anyone wants to chat about exercise ideas or about good foods to eat I am game for it all I wish everyone the best of luck!!!!

56 pounds! Tht would put me at my goal weight! Good job, not only on the weight loss but also on quitting smoking. You probably extended your life 20 years. You are an inspiration. Thanks for sharing.0

Thanks for the feedback. A lot of people ask me how do it and I always end up whipping out my iPod and showing them the app lol! I don't know really j just started and kept going. Just exercise and trying to eat better *sigh* so much work but in the end it's worth it. You motivate me even more so thanks0
