where do I find these numbers?

It could just be under my nose but how can I find the recommended Vitamins & minerals here on MFP so I can make a report to see how I am doing??

    Do you have the smart phone app? That displays it easily. But no, I haven't found it on the website which is pretty annoying.

    Hey, that's the thing! I saw these numbers on my husband's IPAD where he downloaded an app. But it seems like these numbers should be on here somewhere!
