Need some motivation!

Hi! I've only been on here for a few days, but I've been trying to lose weight for over a year now. Some days I get really motivated and I want to work out and go out for a run or do other things to help lose weight. But then there are other days where I'm getting dressed in the morning and I happen to catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and then I get extremely discouraged to the point where I don't even want to go out and do anything. All I wanna do is curl up in a ball and will all my weight away(if only it were that easy, lol).
I'd really appreciate some advice on what I can do to keep my motivation constant and not have these huge ruts where I completely derail and stop working out and gain my weight back. I've been losing the same 5 pounds and gaining it back for months now. I don't know what I can do. Help?!

Welcome!!! U can do this. Just try to focus on long term goals. And this will help u to have long term perceptions.... To realize that one bad meal... Day... Or even week is no reason to give up! five years from now.... That cupcake will be a distant memory. :-)0
