Hey guys,
So I really want to get in on my University's rugby team next year after losing weight and getting strong and healthy. I had played back in high school as a forward but its been a while and its different to try doing conditioning on your own instead of with a team. Do you guys have any tips or ideas for some good workouts which would target what I need for rugby? Obviously core, running and strength are things to focus on but is there anything else that I can do by my lonesome?
Thanks!
