Hey All!

Thought I would drop a line to introduce myself....

I am 2 months post op from a bad meniscus tear and ACL hamstring reconstruction. Trying to lose weight for my Oct 15th wedding has been a challenge, but I welcome all thoughts, prayers and motivation!

Getting back on the road to fitness has been interesting considering I can't so much cardio, a big change from when I used to train for fitness shows.

Help and feedback or a quick hi is welcome :)

Welcome! I hope you are recovering well from your surgery. I have no clue as to what exercise works for you, but feel free to add me as a friend if you want a buddy!

I have yes, perhaps I need to get over my hatred for water and bathing suits lol!

I can do the exercise bike and lots of ab and arm work.... I'm hoping to purchase an elliptical soon. I cancelled my expensive gym membership seeing as how there is little point to go when I could explore so much in the realm of "free" and "bodyweight exercises".

Feel free to add me :) I had a lateral release on my VERY messed up knee in March. I have permanent restrictions of no impact, stairs, squatting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and things of that nature. Maybe we can relate to each other
