I am from Alberta.. Edmonton to be exact.. I am so intrigued by this website... it has been such an aid right off the bat... from the first day I used it when I was thinking that I wasn't eating much but seeing the calories in what I was eating.. and protein holy crow.. it doesn't take much to hit those targets... I am excited that I joined... And I am glad to meet everyone.
