I know many of you have freed yourself of some chocolate fat based on last week’s challenge and you are stepping lighter on the scale whoopee!! I saw those 911 dials it was massive well done to everyone it was a great team effort. Special mention to teammate Ibelfrey who already reported that she is free and made some extraordinary 911 calls those operators’ lines must have been jam with those 4 long distance calls and have earned her burning heart sticker. Rock on!! So all Fat- fighters if you dialled 911 for 4 times and you are free from that chocolate fat and want your sticker too, Message me with the subject ‘Free Birdy’, or if you fallen short of 4 or never dialled at all send me a message with the subject ‘Tapped Birdy’.
Well it’s a new MFP week and that always mean to us Yeah a New Challenge!!
This week the challenge actually depended on what you did yesterday YEP!! was watching all your exercise diary and exercise post because this week we are going to mirror each other!!
Welcome the ‘MIRROR ME’-BEAT THAT BURN CHALLENGE. This week the challenge is to beat the lowest and highest burn of your teammates for the start of the week. On Monday 25th, your team mate robynham84 had a burn of 152 and myself Spiceshirl had a burn of 1525. Team mates what you need to do is to mirror robyham84 burn of 152 and beat it by 500 more calories (4) times this week that is a burn of 652 and also beat my burn (Spiceshirl) of 1525 just once (1) this week by any amount. Once you have successfully done this you have completed the challenge and earned yourself a burning heart sticker representing your burning desire to rid yourself of this fat for good.
Now Fat-fighters how bad do you desire this weight loss? Look yourself in the Mirror!!
