    Eat more.

You can search the forum for why can't I lose weight and find plenty of other threads on this subject.

If you don't eat enough calories, your body goes into a starvation mode and holds onto the weight. Try to eat the calories that they give you in the guideline (at least 1200). Also.. try to eat small meals every 2-3 hours and this will keep your metabolism up.

Hi Becca ~ If this is a typical day and you've been doing this for a while, my guess is that you aren't eating enough calories and your body has gone into "starvation" mode. This is when the body will store calories even though you aren't eating much. Also, when looking at this particular day, I noticed a lack of fresh fruit and veggies. Munching on veggies can boost your metabolism and help burn calories, not to mention the nutritional value they offer. I hope this helps. :) ~ Statia (stay - sha)

Agreed. Im sure this isnt every day, but it also looks like you're eating processed foods and taking supplements. Try eating more whole foods versus processed. It looks like you had almost no veggies or fruit either. I cant really speak about supplements, some people swear by them, some dont. I dont take them, but thats my preference.
Im approaching weightloss trying to eat as much natural/whole/unprocessed foods as possible, but thats just me. Im not perfect at it, nor am I an expert.
    But its "food for thought"

I agree with Cass89. Everyone's body is different, but unless you're a very tiny person, you need more calories than that. If you don't eat enough, a couple of things happen: first, your mood and energy levels are affected. You will have a hard time exercising, and it will be harder to resist temptation to cheat. Second, your body may go into 'starvation mode,' where it tries to conserve what energy reserves it has, and this makes it more difficult to burn fat. It's much better to eat more, as long as it's more healthy stuff.

Personally, I was never able to stick with any food plan until I started eating every 3 hours. I'm not hungry that often. But if I wait 'til I am hungry, my blood sugar is low and I'm cranky and more likely to binge on something I shouldn't have. If I have a little protein every 3 hours, I can stay clear-headed and focused.
