I just keep over thinking everything.
If I follow MFP by the letter and eat more fruit and veggies then there is no reason i wont lose weight right?

There is an extent of how much fruit you should have in a day, after all, it's full of fruit. You should limit yourself to two servings. The biggest thing is making sure you have a balance diet full of the right type of carbs ( you want complex carbs), a good amount of protein and healthy fats (unsaturated). Also, exercise is key. You want to build muscle which will help to burn more fat. This is why it is suggested to do 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio.
Keep in mind though, the weight didn't take a day to come on, so it won't take a day to come off.0
