Arm exercises with free weights

I need your help! I've lost a lot of weight (125 lbs). I go to the gym almost every day and do lots of cardio. I was doing strength training on a 30 minute circuit area of the gym but I have now been diagnosed with a hernia. This is the first time I am wearing sleeveless tops and feel somewhat comfortable with my arms but I would really like to improve them. Are there any recommendations for exercises I can do at the gym with free weights to improve the appearance of my upper arms?
