Holiday Dieting... How?

Right so it's coming up to the party/holiday season for me and I need to advice on how to eat healthily when presented with massive buffets and token salad portions...
I feel i've done quite well so far since i've joined this site, however i'm terrified that the Holidays are just going to stop my progress. I've got a wedding this Friday followed by a weekend away with my Mother at theirs in cornwall, and she thinks serving a dish full of full fat double cream and pasta healthy... Followed then by 10 days in the south a france and I have no idea what we'll be eating there - hopefully lots of lean steak!
So basically I need some advice on how to continue losing whilst on holiday. I've already put together a 45 min circuit training session that will atleast keep my cardio excersize up, but it's just the prospect of so much good, calorific food that makes me tremble with fear!

Maybe relaxing a bit will further help your weight loss. You have a HUGE deficit of almost 2000 cals a day, if you add what you don't use up for exercise, plus the built in deficit. Just enjoy yourself and work out0
