Food Question

So day 2 of weight watchers plus diet and i cant seem to eat all the points i am supposed to a day i am always under by a lot and i get full from the foods i do eat, can someone please look at my diary and help me please

HATE that new plan!! HATE IT! Please just listen to your body & respect your appetite!!!! I have a friend who GAINED 13 lbs on that plan!!!! I lost 25 lbs 10 yrs ago on the old plan, which was just fine. But the latest incarnation is really really DODGY!!! Beware!!!

i dont mind the plan because i eat alot of healthy foods i prep myself and alot of fruits and veggies just cant eat all the points0

I used to do WW now I'm here and I like it a lot better. I, too, have a problem eating enough food. But it's really important you eat enough, otherwise you slow down your metabolism, and you store what you eat instead of burning it. You should try logging your foods here as well and look at your calorie count. Eat every two hours and stoke that engine, even just a little snack, it's worth it. And do some exercise every day, that also helps physically, mentally and spiritually. Wow, I just sounded like a munchkin!0

i do eat sacks and lots of healthy ones and i get full eating them, i log the foods on here every day so i use both systems0

you could add some carbs with your dinner. A little pasta or brown rice, a dinner roll? You could add a drizzle of olive oil to veggies or when cooking meat. Maybe a glass of Milk... whatever kind you like rather it be soy, almond or cow's. Your food choices are great!
I tried WW too. My sugar was going through the roof and when I asked about a diabetic plan they looked at me like I was an alien. I didn't stay long.0 -
i do the plan on my own just follow the guidelines, usually i would have a baked potato but i ran out the other night, i might make a rice dish tonight tho.0
