BBQ chicken, Knorr sides plus veggies (cheddar rice with broccoli & carrots) and green giant baby brussel sprouts with butter sauce.
  • 15 bean soup that has ham and sausage in it. Only 375 cals. per serving. And it is soooo good.

spaghetti with homemade tomatoe sauce with meat. I small slice of homemade garlic bread w/ light butter
  • -Baked Tilapia With Veggies, Herbs, and Wine
-oven roasted vegetables or steamed cabbage
    -rice

    OR

    -Tilapia with Balsamic Browned Butter
    -Crispy Baked Potatoes
    -oven roasted vegetables

Haven't made up my mind as to which of those dinners, as they both are very yummy. I just know that I'm in the mood for tilapia!

Probably a Michelina's Lean Gourmet Chicken Alfredo since I have to work tonight. There's very little I can eat in the 'healthy' section with my diet restrictions, and I no longer find food enjoyable in any way. :ohwell:

we are having tuna melts (tuna mixed with fat free sour cream instead of mayo) with 2% kraft cheese slices on toasted english muffins... yum.

then diet hot chocolate and fat free whipped cream for dessert!
  • Shepherds pie!

That is what we had last night. No leftovers though! Heh.

Not sure for tonight. I am working late so maybe some shake n' bake pork chops. Whatever the man is willing to cook!
