This is my 2nd 1st week! I want to get through a whole week without messing up! It's hard! :sad:

  • You can do it! I started on June 30 and I am down 9 lbs, ok if I can do it, anyone can, I am a chef, try loosing weight cooking and baking all the time! Stay strong and you will do great. Best wishes..

    You can do it!!!!! Just get really involved with it and it will become addicting. Use the forums for motivation, inspiration, discussion, etc. Get friends on here for support....its totally better than facebook. Do you have a smartphone? If so, download the app and log your calories as you consume them everyday...I am addicted to using the phone app.

    I know exaclty what you mean!!! I'm struggling bad lately, trying to stay on track. Summer is always the hardest for me, since I would rather be laying around drinking a Corona. Haha best of luck to you, we can do it!!

    I totally understand! I am great durning the week and then the weekend comes and it all goes out the window. I see all these before and after photos and am completly blown away and feel that I will never get there!

    It really is! Especially since I am a drinker! I can't stop drinking all together because I know that will only last for so long. I am trying to cut back drinking durning the week. I am a college kid so all my friends want to drink, the temptations are killing me!
