I was at the gym this morning, and I noticed a flyer on the board. After closer examinattion- it revealed to be the four different body types.

I read off the symptoms for them all, and Adrenal Type seems to fit me best.

My question is: Does anyone understand this? Know any information regarding this? Are there certain foods that I need to eat or shouldn't eat? I've been researching it all morning, but I'm coming up quite short.

hah, this is the silliest thing! I can only assume that they are referring to the shape of the adrenal gland. Your adrenal sit on top of your kidneys and are triangular shaped, perhaps referring to a body type that is small on the top and heavy on the bottom (which i thought was pear shaped). who knows, I am also curious to what others think.

Of course, I added 'Gland" to the title. It's just Adrenal Type. Regardless, I have a link that I came across

    Hello?
  • I couldn't find anything reputable while searching. Every website that talked about this was selling something.

Neither can I. I'm thinking of reworking my nutrfitional values/caloric values. I'm just seriously annoyed with my belly pooch. I feel like after losing 35 pounds it shouldn't be there!

Do you mean Android? Or Thyroid? I think you're getting the body types confused...

Some people never loose the pooch. My mom weighed 85 pounds at her smallest at 5'3 (age 19) and had a belly pooch. That was before she had kids. She looked the same after 2 kids, 30 years and multiple abdominal surgeries (at 95 pounds). Maybe you could work on the abs and lower abs to try and tone it up?

Never heard of the adrenal gland body type.
