Okay, so I'm looking to PROMOTE myself I have an interview tomorrow. I'm a little queazy because I hear the BOSS is a CASANOVA but yet FASTIDIOUS. What is that suppose to mean? A tip from one of his acquaintances: "Go SEXY", HE WILL REALLY LIKE YOU" Uh for an interview? :ohwell: I'm CONFUZZLED, but CONFIDENT at the same time.
I would appreciate suggestions on what to wear tomorrow. Seems like it'll be fun seeing some my MFP's taste :flowerforyou:

That would depend on what type of job it is...0

I wouldn't go sexy unless you want to be hit on. However, you can wear a nice skirt suit that says, "attractive yet professional".0

Professional is always professional.
I agree 10000%. Do you want to be seen as a professional, or as a piece of meat?0 -
Wear something professional yet attractive. I'm sure you don't want the "girls" hanging out and that guy to get the wrong message. You want something that says, I'm professional, talented, hardworking, and sexy. All the things he may enjoy looking at but not touching.0

Again, it depends on what kind of job it is...0 -
be true to yourself............ get the job because of your sex appeal and thats a hard thing to get rid of0

Ok, I'll bite. What kind of job is it? I can imagine going showy if it's Hooters, or cocktail waitressing. Otherwise I still think Professional is always Professional. Do you want to be taken seriously or do you want to be the office eyecandy?0

Agree!!! want to be remembered.. Dress professional but amazing.. Black pants, confident white button up shirt, KILLER red heels!!! YOu want to be taken seriously and hired for your mind and what you can do for the company, however it doesn't hurt to put that little extra in there, not full in your face, but subtle.. like the amazing Red Shoes. this gets it done everytime!!0 -

Exactly, I have a nice black skirt with the matching jacket. I thought the same as you. There is no way I want to be Hit on. That's the last thing I would ever want at work. I am strictly professional and serious at work all elsewhere I dunno ummmmmmm just kidding0 -
Thanks for all the advice! Wish me luck. The job is for an Administrative position at a High School: I definitely want to be seen as a Professional, I am an example to the female students on campus and cannot be dressed otherwise.
I just thought it was extremely ackward for my friend to tell me to go dressed that way.
Gracias, Merci ....0 -
Professional no question about it.0

Thanks for clearing that up. Definitely professional - a suit all the way, or, if it's too warm where you are, a crisp white collared shirt (well ironed) also makes a good impression. You can always add some flare in the jewellery or shoes.
Good luck!!0
