Need help with workouts and Polar FT60 HRM

My FT60 is set for five days a week with different % levels in each zone to finish at the end of five days. How do I make sure to spread out my workout so I don't finish a zone before the five days. I've been trying to finish 20% in each zone each day for five days to reach 100% in all zones by the end of the week. Any recommendations? Am I using it correctly? The first week I used it, I burned the 1500 weekly calories and I finished all my zone training in three days versus the 5 days it was set for. I hope this makes sense. Thanks :smile:
