I've found a great little resource that calculates what your healthy weight range is for your height. You can esaily find BMI calculators and BMI charts on the net but its often hard to find your healthy weight range without having to squint at those charts and try and read it across!!

Check this out, input your height and its works it all out for you. I am 5'3 and healthy for me is anything from 8st 1lb to 10st 1lb. My goal is 9st 7lb as that puts me nicely in the healthy range. Anything less than that and I think I would look too skinny! =)

That's probably one of the more realistic ones I've seen.

I'm 5'6" and about 228 or so and built like a stump so and that tells me between 145-180. Given that in my peak shape I was around 175-185 and around 10-12% bf, that sounds about right. I think I've lost some muscle due to inactivity over the years , so I think I'll come in around 165-170 or so when I reach 12%.

Most calculors tell me I need to be around 140 pounds. I've never been 140 since being my adult height, not even as an elite wrestler, breaking school records. I've alway been the stocky guy, I was even nicknamed "Mighty Mouse" by my buddies.

That is a pretty decent calculator!

For those who don't know 1 stone is about 14 lbs if you need to convert it.
