Any apps to log energy?

Does anyone use an app to log how they feel ie energy wise? I already log my calories and exercise on here, and my sleep on another, but it would be interesting to see if there's any link between why some days (like today) I feel like my energy is seeping out of me. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy if that helps. Thanks!

You could use the notes section on your daily diary. It will show up on the printable version. Just a thought.

Personally, I use Excel to create graphs I can't get on MFP. I never thought of creating one for energy levels... not a bad idea.

You can track anything you like in the "check in" section - there's a change measurements thing in there to add/change new ones.

I have one for belt notches, for example :-)

Ooh, I totally didn't realise you could do that! I'm going to be adding loads of things to keep track of now. Thank you!
