So I only lost 5 lbs but I went down 1 whole size almost 2!!! Here are my inches lost.........

Upper waist 37-34= 3
Middle waist 42- 38 1/2= 4 1/2 Oh, this needs to go down ALOT more!
Hips 48- 45=3 WOW!
Thighs 27-25=2
Chest 42-391/2= 3 1/2
Arms left: 16-141/2= 1 1/2
right: 15-13=2

Calf ( I forgot to measure these at beginning but did at day 13)
left: 18 3/4-16=2 3/4
right: 17-15 3/4=1 3/4 who has one calf bigger than the other....geez!

Total lost in inches: 24 inches....does that seem high....my math skills suck but damn, I am so happy!!

You all need to try The Shred.....was a rough 28 days...( I only did 8 days of level 2 cuz I hated it!) but I made it and with great results!!

    Way to go!!

I don't know about my calves being different but I've been told that yes, 1 side is generally bigger than the other - breast, feet, muscle strength etc.

that is so great! did you do it every day, or a few times a week?? i just got it and have only done it once so far.. i'm debating aiming for 6 days a week vs 3 with some other stuff mixed in.

I did 30 days of Level 1 and I should have measured but I didn't. I also think I should have moved on but I barely getting through it. Now, I'm trying Level 2. This one is more difficult but I love it more than the 1st level. Good job! i hope I'm as successful.

That is fantastic! I'm doing 30dS and I hate level 2 as well. I'm not sure what it is about it but it ticks me off so I moved on to level 3 as quickly as I could.

Great results - it's so nice when your clothes fit different. Level 2 is the most difficult in my opinion.

  • Thank you so much for your post! I think we have the same story! I weigh about the same, just had my baby on March 31st and I just started to do the 30day shred. What a coincidence! Thank you for your motivation, I will keep it up!

    Wow this IS super motivating!!!
I started Day 1 a few weeks back and started calling Jillian bad names :)
I know it's gotta work, but I guess I'm just out of shape.

I think I'll give it a whirl again... even if I'm not the best at it!

    GREAT JOB girl!

    Congrats! Those are great results!

I started 30DS yesterday, so I've only done two days so far. I've done it off and on before, but I'm committing to finish all 30 days this time. It'll be interesting to see how it goes- I'm training for a half marathon at the same time, so LOTS of exercise! Hoping my results are as good as yours! :)

It has been a pleasure to watch you transform and stick with it!! Especially with children. With those measurements I am going to be sure to get it from Netflix! Wow!!
