Do you count zero-calorie water drinks (like life water) as water or as a food item?

The added chemicals makes it not like water, your body is going to have to break down some stuff because of it. Water cleanses you the other stuff doesnt. would you wash your floors with the stuff or use it to rise your mouth after brushing your teeth?0

You mean the flavored ones? I sometimes drink Zero Vitamin water and I log it in my food diary, not water consumption. But I save the bottles to put my plain water in for later! :happy:0

I'd log it as food, not water.0

I actually don't log my Vitamin Water Zero. I have found that it hasn't affected my weight loss, and I do drink loads of water a day. But in theory I should probably log it, but I would log it as food if I did.0
