Questions about adding sit-ups to my exercise diary...

So this morning I did 2 sets of 10 reps of the sit up where you lay on your back with your arms down at your sides and you lift your legs and butt in the air. Then I did 2 sets of 20 reps of the kind where you sit up and bring your elbow to your alternate knee. And I did 10 reps of the suck in method where you get down on all fours, let all your air out, then suck your stomach in and hold for 10 seconds. How do I count these in my exercise diary???

They are a form of leg lifts and I couldnt find out how to add it to my diary either so I just add it as a nother set of situps..It sucks but in my head I know exactly what I did lol...Hope someone gives us some helpful info!0

I think calisthenics maybe???0

Yes it is in the exercise database under calisthenics. Just calculate the overall amount of time you spent doing your situps, pushups, etc. Its an estimate, but its better than nothing. Good luck!0
