2 recipes in one...I make a family/friend fav that I call "Messy Traceys" (ya know instead of "Sloppy Joes")

Anyhoo...so simple all I do is cook 3lbs of boneless skinless chick breast in crock on high about 3-4 hrs. Drain all liquid & shred w/forks & then add 1 bottle of Crystal Buffalo wing sauce. Serve on whole wheat buns w/ a dab of light blue cheese dressing. Wonderful & EASY-

So anyway I had a little left over from the weekend. Brought it in & reheated then served over bed of Mixed Greens w/ 2tbsp of light blue cheese dressing & a few croutons - Awesome!
