I've been helping my hubby catalog his weight lifting routine here and I can't figure out why it doesn't show any calories burned when you enter weight lifting. Any suggestions???

Enter it under cardio workouts as weight lifting. It'll bring up the right heading.0

There is an option for strength training under the cardio category. I use this setting. Of course, if you had a HRM you could also create your own and adapt to your calories burned in connection with your actual heart rate.0

Agreed with the others. I think the actual "strength training" section is just to used to keep track of what exercises and reps you're doing.0

strength is not exactly a big burner... but i log mine as cardio.0
