I joined the gym after a few months of dieting and I went to bootcamp, bums,legs,tums, boxfit, and I done cardio work at the gym like 6/7 times a week. I now do running, cardio, and bodypump, my classes have decreased due to the nature of my university course, its very intense, I am starting to do more strength training and I might start taking protein to see results quicker, is anyone else taking protein???
